The Digital Hub is responsible for designing, delivering, and operating digital products and experiences for Pandora’s global business to deliver a genuinely connected experience.

As part of the Digital Development team, you will ensure that we deliver on our strategic ambition to be industry leaders in digital, owning and delivering our digital product and technology vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will report to the Lead Architect, and join a team who work closely together, help each other out and offer the flexibility and freedom needed to focus on solving customers’ problems.

As a Solution Architectyou will have a chance to oversight and leader of technical design deliverables and standards across the OMS domain.

About You @Pandora:
You will also provide architectural definition, shaping business needs from design through to detailed specification. Additionally, this role is responsible for:

• Architectural oversight and direction for all changes to the IBM Sterling platform.
• Liaising with Product Management and stakeholders across D&T to understand specific solution needs, translating them into technical design documents.
• Overseeing the implementation of architectural solutions to ensure the successful implementation and fulfillment of the business need.
• Maintaining architectural governance across the IBM Sterling platform.
• Coaching engineers to set a high benchmark for all OMS related change, ensuring adherence to standards across the platform.
• Ensuring OMS related designs appropriately reflect and accommodates the end-to-end solution spanning across IBM Sterling through to other platforms including SFRA and WMS.
• Design oversight of OMS related integrations through Nexus (Kafka) and MuleSoft

What is needed to succeed:

• 8+ years working within retail and specifically e-commerce.
• 5+ years experience working with order management systems, preferably IBM Sterling.
• 3+ years within a senior engineer or architect role.
• Optional: Experience working with integration technologies such as MuleSoft and Kafka.
• A proven ability to articulate complex ideas in a manner appropriate to the audience.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• The ability to problem solves.
• Versatile thinker will take input and consider alternative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills.
