Accenture is looking for consultants with interests in the area of Commercial Excellence to join our Accenture Song team in Copenhagen.

We’re currently looking for experienced professionals and consultants to join our Song Customer Tech team. We focus on driving business value through architecting, solutioning, and implementing state-of-the-art CRM solutions for our clients, serving as a platform enabler for business transformation.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build, and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance. As part of the team, you will drive the following:

• Assessing the current state, identifying customer needs, and defining the future state and/or business solution.
• Advising clients on technologies supporting the customer journey, including strengths and weaknesses of platforms such as Salesforce and Dynamics.
• Supporting business development activities, from proposal writing to client meetings.
• Managing change, helping clients make the best use of Accenture assets and best practices across technologies.
• Participating in projects, typically in a functional advisory and delivery management role.
• Implementing strategy and project estimation.

Qualifications
WHO ARE YOU?
Besides an interest in the areas of Commercial Excellence or Service Transformations, your experience and skills include the following:

• Experience in similar consulting roles or positions within the industry, leading change in global environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a thriving presence in client-facing roles.
• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or Strategy.
• Solid understanding of CRM capabilities to deliver business transformation.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Scandinavian languages will be considered a plus.
• Ability to communicate technical subjects to project members, stakeholders, and business users.
• Strong multitasking, time-management, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable.
