With direct reference to our Head of Configuration Management, you will become part of the Configuration Management team consisting of 10 highly experienced colleagues with backgrounds from Technology and Product Management, who work together to ensure the optimal construction of product models, structures, and master data to support our sales, order, and production platforms. You will have ample opportunity for sparring and thorough training to develop your responsibilities and succeed in your tasks.

A job with a focus on structure, cooperation, and technical responsibility
In the position as a Configuration Specialist, you will have a broad interface in the organization and will work closely with Product Managers, Development Engineers, Project Managers, IT, and Supply Chain. You will participate in activities aimed at ensuring the optimal creation of new product platforms, ensuring ownership of existing product platforms, and developing our configuration systems and processes.

More specifically, your tasks will consist of:

• Supporting development projects as well as daily operations for tasks related to configuration
• Daily use and further improvement of the configuration tools Aras Innovator (PLM), IFS (ERP), CPQ (order system), as well as internally developed tools
• Developing processes that support shared learning and synergies in the way we work
• Developing and documenting product models, structures, templates, and process data
• Ensuring development of quality assessment tools for product creations and changes

Personality matters
As our new Configuration Specialist, you will have a large internal interface, where you will act as a link between many stakeholders. It is therefore important that you as a person master creating relationships across disciplines and that you thrive in an outgoing role with many parallel tasks. In addition, you possess a great understanding of processes and are interested in structures, systems, and quality assurance. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of being thorough.

You have a professional background as an Engineer, Physicist, Marine Engineer, or similar. In addition, you have experience from a similar position, which has sparked your passion for working with structures and technical solutions. Experience with the systems Aras Innovator, IFS, and Oracle CPQ will be considered an advantage, but is not a requirement.

It is a requirement that you master Danish and English, both written and spoken.
