Your new company
Subaio is a Danish FinTech company growing rapidly globally with a technology that provides simple solutions to complex financial questions. Your new role
Subaio seeks a seasoned Product Manager to join them in revolutionizing the fintech landscape. As a vital member of the Product team, you’ll collaborate closely with your peers to take ownership and lead the development of the products, ensuring offerings consistently align with user needs. You’ll combine research, insights from customers, and your expertise in a healthy combination to create solutions that solve a need. You’ll be entrusted to drive initiatives forward, working within a dynamic cross-functional team. Subaio places a balanced emphasis on the ‘Why,’ the ‘What,’ and, significantly, the ‘How’ of its operations, underscoring the importance of creating solutions that are not only outcome-oriented but also relevant and easy to use for banks. A philosophy you’ll help uphold. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead their product vision and strategy, incorporating input from the product team to define and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, detailing meaningful releases and story maps.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of the industry and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Discover user needs through user research to understand what will solve the right pain points and bring differentiating value.
• Participate in developer team sessions to drive the roadmap and answer all product-related questions.
• Manage relationships with both external and internal stakeholders, balancing feedback and expectations.
• Establish and measure success criteria, leveraging KPIs to evaluate performance and continuous improvement.

What you will need to be a success

• Approximately four or more years of Product Manager experience with multiple products.
• Proven track record of engaging with users and customers.
• Genuine enthusiasm for identifying and solving meaningful problems, delivering user and commercial value.
• Product management methodologies such as Design Thinking, Discovery and User Research, Data Analysis, and Prioritization.
• Understanding of a split development cycle – the ability to work in the now and to prepare for what comes next.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with B2B and SaaS solutions, preferably within FinTech.

• Previous involvement with start-ups or scale-ups
