We are currently seeking an Ad Operations Manager responsible for supporting digital ad campaign initiatives for a variety of airline, hotel, car and vacation clients. We are looking for a professional self-starter with a strong background in Ad Operations to support Ad Operations in the APAC region. We are looking for this person to work out of our Hong Kong, Sydney, or Seoul office.
In this role, you will:

• Manage and traffic Ad campaigns and optimizations
• Collaborate closely on Ad Operations related projects and improvements with stakeholders across the Commercial and Tech teams to completion
• Understand APAC regional needs and campaigns to give insights on improvements, solutions, and successes within the region
• Clearly communicate progress of campaigns to internal stakeholders
• Ability to work on several competing priorities, displaying critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to adjust as role and business needs evolve

Please apply if:

• 5+ years of experience in managing digital advertising accounts
• Proven track record of exceeding client expectations with superior account management
• Campaign trafficking experience with Advertising servers such as Google Ad Manage, Facebook, and/or other social media advertising platforms is required
• Solid understanding of online media industry
• Strong analytical ability
• High attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
• Proficient in English. Mandarin or Korean is a plus
• Experience with third party Ad Servers (DoubleClick, Atlas Solutions, etc)
• Experience with Web Analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc)
• BA/BS degree with a strong academic record
• Good sense of humor and likes working in an unstructured, fast paced environment
