The IT Team
You will join the IT services team, who are responsible for delivering IT services to the business. You will join 4 colleagues who work together in supporting the organization with all IT-related requests.

Responsibilities and Tasks
As an intern in IT, you will work with:

• Handling and coordinating IT tickets in Freshdesk

• Local office IT support

• User setup and preparation of IT equipment

• Asset management

• Process optimization and automation

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality, suited for an informal workplace. Someone who is detail-oriented and takes responsibilities for their tasks. Furthermore:

• You are currently enrolled in a study program of IT Architecture, IT Supporter, or a similar relevant education within IT infrastructure.
• Good at prioritization and following up on stakeholders
• You are positive, curious, service, and quality minded
• Fluent in English
• A team player

Location and Start date
You will be working with the IT team from our headquarter at Delta 8, 8382 Hinnerup, an easy commute from Aarhus city center with public transportation. The start date will be August or September 2024 depending on your studies.
