What you’ll do:
- Execute supplier onboarding and compliance checks process in ISS systems and solutions
- Directly contact the assigned group of suppliers with a request to provide ISS with the required information and documentation, which includes sending emails and direct phone calls.
- Contact suppliers to help them to go smoothly through the onboarding process and ensure they understand ISS’s compliance requirements
- Track the progress of documents and information collection from suppliers
- Ensure updates are communicated to all relevant internal stakeholders
- Be responsible for managing escalations when needed
- Act as a trusted consultant on behalf of the company when talking to suppliers and ISS colleagues from other offices
Key qualifications:
- Excellent language skills (English and Danish)
- Additional points for Knowledge of Excel
- 0-2 years of experience
- Volunteering activities and internships - nice to have

- Positive attitude
