About the Position
At 3Shape, we are on a journey to enhance and scale customer engagement activities. As a key enabler to support this journey, we have decided to transform and scale our CRM setup. To drive this effort, we are seeking a Head of CRM Transformation.
As the Head of CRM Transformation, you will have an important role in delivering a successful CRM transformation, ensuring that requirements from across the commercial organization are captured and included in the roadmap. You will also optimize, standardize, and harmonize business processes and ways of working globally.
You will be part of the "Marketing, Commercial & Customer Success” (MC&CS) organisation, reporting to the Vice President of MC&CS. With solid experience in similar roles, you will drive the implementation of CRM globally while ensuring alignment with sales and aftersales teams locally. You will have the mandate to optimize and shape the future sales and aftersales processes at 3Shape while ensuring adoption across our global sales and aftersales teams.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Drive and implement a CRM transformation program across sales, customer success, and customer support, and lead a global CRM rollout.
- Lead a cross-functional commercial team to drive the CRM transformation, assess current CRM processes, identify areas for improvement, implement innovative solutions, and ensure long-term adoption and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across HQ functions (e.g., Group IT, Commercial Excellence, Customer Success, Customer Care) and sales regions to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure effective project delivery.
- Drive the adoption of CRM best practices across the organization and advocate for standardizing and harmonizing.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the benefit, impact, and adoption of CRM across relevant functions and geographies.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of previous experience in effectively leading CRM transformation initiatives in a global organization.
- Advanced stakeholder management skills; ability to influence decision-making at the executive level and facilitate organizational change management.
- Great project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands, manage resources effectively, and deliver results on time.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, able to translate business requirements into actionable plans.
- Extensive experience with CRM platforms; experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a benefit.
