Dedicated Customer Care Representative - Barselsvikariat

Position Summary:
DCC Representative is part of our Customer Contact Centre which supports our Dedicated customers.

It is required that you speak and write Danish and English fluently.
The job is full time and most shifts are from 08:00-16:00, but some will cover from 07:00 or until 17:00.

Primary tasks:

• Service and advice to our customers when shipping and providing follow up
  
• Dedicated contact for large customers
  
• Proactive follow up and problem solving relating to the shipments
  
• Contact and follow up on shipments with colleagues in other countries
  

Needed skills:

• Customer focus - you do your best and want to make a difference
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English - you can manage a business conversation
  
• Microsoft Office & PC skills - good at using IT systems
  
• Team Working

• Outgoing and finding it easy establishing contact over the phone
