Job Description
At Adtraction, we are seeking a dynamic and structured Customer Success Manager to drive the satisfaction and success of our clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of advertisers, offering exceptional customer service and fostering collaborative relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer needs and concerns promptly via Adtraction's help center support system, email, and telephone.
  • Collaborate with multiple new and smaller accounts, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Actively contribute to upselling and cross-selling of Adtraction products and services.
  • Expand and develop collaborations with existing partners and advertisers, driving long-term value.
  • Optimize and maintain the Customer Success Team's customer base.
  • Support the Account Manager team with research and coordination tasks.
  • Ensure a seamless experience for customers, maintaining excellent service and delivering results.

Qualifications
Professional Skills

  • Proficient in English and German language.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in German language.
  • Experience in sales or customer advice, with a keen interest in digital marketing.

  • Proactive and self-driven.
  • Structured and being able to prioritize tasks efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Positive and solution-oriented mindset, collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Prestigeless and able to work independently.

Digital Advisor er et ungt og hurtigt voksende bureau, som har eksisteret siden 2013. Bureauet blev stiftet af Rune M. Andersen, der kom fra et dansk affiliate-netværk, hvor han sad med det primære ansvar for det danske marked i seks år. Digital Advisor startede også ud med fokus på affiliate-markedsføring, men oplevede hurtigt en efterspørgsel fra vores kunder på vores tunge viden inden for konverteringsoptimering og digital strategi.

Arbejdspladsen har lige nu 13 medabejdere med videregående uddannelsesbaggrund. I sidste periode ansatte de 1 færdiguddannede samt 3 studerende og praktikanter.
