About the job
You will be working with Cloud Solutions, so experience in this space is required. Your main focus will be on Microsoft Endpoint Manager, but general knowledge about on-prem and M365 is required. You will be participating in the setup of new solutions, enhancements of existing and solution upgrades. Our goal is to migrate to the full Cloud, automate Windows & Office versions, establish governance for assets and management platforms, and ensure seamless cloud PC management with no more on-prem infrastructure dependency.

We manage diverse devices and platforms like Intune, SCCM, JAMF, SOTI. Exciting technologies like Autopilot, Windows 11, HoloLens etc. are on our horizon to enhance user experience, sustainability and security.

Working as the main driver of ongoing projects, you will support and mentor your less experienced colleagues. Also, you will consult the approach to the projects with Solution Architect and internal Security Team.

As a Senior Endpoint Solutions Consultant you:

• Participate in migration from on-prem to cloud model solution
• Act as trusted advisor to IT Operations and Security
• Manage Devices in co-management configuration Intune / SCCM
• Propose changes to Arla setup to increase value of Cloud services
• Long term support migration away from SCCM towards Intune
• Monitor Intune/Microsoft 365 for changes impacting services used by Arla
• Mentor your less experienced colleagues
• Continually update and maintain, where necessary, all related technical documentation

Who are you?
As our Senior Endpoint Solutions Consultant you have already at least 3-5 years of experience in the area of Device Management and Microsoft 365 solutions and:

• You have solid IT background and hands-on experience with endpoint devices implementation/migration for mid and large scale (from few users to many thousands)
• You are experienced in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and SCCM
• You have strong knowledge of cloud architecture principles, patterns, assessments, cloud security, privacy, and compliance standards, tools and best practices
• You have skills in the on-premises solutions- AD, GPO etc.
• You communicate in English effortlessly
• You are self-driven, love to bring your ideas to the table
• You have excellent problem-solving skills to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
• You have knowledge of different kinds of End-user Devices, like Notebooks, PCs, MACs, Mobile Devices, Tablets, handheld devices, forklift computers, and XR devices.
• Microsoft MCSE, MCITP Systems Administrator would be an advantage
• General knowledge about Jamf and Soti or other MDM solutions would be an asset
