Senior Compliance Specialist

As our new Senior Compliance Specialist, you will support our international fast-growing business by managing and engaging in challenging international legal- and compliance work, and drive & provide support to various complex projects across the business.

From our HQ in Copenhagen, you will work closely with different internal stakeholders across 21 countries to support and advise on group compliance policies and matters. In this position you will manage and support the development of internal guidelines and standards and play a key role in obtaining and maintaining certificates within standards such as ISO27001.
Further, you will guide and support the business in managing compliance risks and help to develop the risk and compliance culture in Dalux.

Your task will include but not be limited to:

• Secure and maintain ISO27001 certification
• Drive the development, roll-out and management of internal compliance procedures
• Create and implement new company policies and processes to support our evolving compliance objectives
• Support and advise our commercial team

Your qualifications:
We imagine you hold a Bachelor’s degree within law, IT or another relevant field and have +5 years of experience from a similar position, preferably from a software company, or hold solid consultancy experience e.g. with a background as an auditor within IT- and information security. In addition, we expect you to have experience with and interest in relevant areas such as IT security, GDPR and compliance.

You have experience as and thrive in the role of being a project lead. Moreover, we expect you to be a team player who likes to be responsible for your field of expertise and is motivated by supporting the core part of an internationally oriented company.
