How to contribute to our vision
We are looking for a Project Manager for our Real Estate team in Aalborg.
Your responsibilities will consist of:
- Define project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
- Define resource requirements and manage resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.
- Outline a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget and report accordingly
- Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
- Responsible for updating all Project related Data to relevant team member
- Follow all processes and procedures
- Ensure that all IT related topics are aligned with Location Manager D
- Produce Project overview report on a monthly basis
- Build good relationships with key stakeholders to include but not limited to; BU, HSE, IT, Assistant’s Groups, Worker’s Council
- Liaise with and provide technical RE expertise and support to business stakeholders
- To develop and foster a customer service focused culture
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who holds a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Similar.
To be successful in this role, you need/are:
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience, it is an advantage if you have project management experience from the construction business in Denmark
- A good financial understanding and you are result orientated
- Basic understanding of and usage IT
- A good communicator who is able to reach out and maintain relations with different stakeholders
- Since you will be working in a multi-cultural team, it is important that you are fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Open-minded and proactive in your approach to work
- A team player who thrives as a part of an international team
- An organized individual who needs little supervision
- Able to adapt to changing circumstances
Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
