Procurement Excellence & Sustainability department within Global Procurement is globally responsible for developing and implementing strategies, principles, practices, tools, driving digitalization and processes to drive global transformation and ensure the procurement function meets its commitments and continuously drive process excellence across the company.

Responsibilities

• Drive the GP Transformation program and ensure project plans are developed and monitor status overall
• Facilitate and ensure adoption of project governance structure and ways of working and ensure compliance to standards across projects
• Keep track of alignment between all stakeholders in all management levels, across functions, Modules and regions
• Prepare communication for PMO report-outs and Steering Committees and follow up on decisions and action items
• Ensure experience from previous activities are carried on to new, drive continuous improvement in the Transformation
• Monitor risks and challenges related to individual projects and overall program, escalates to manager, and monitors mitigation and corrective actions
• Enable timely and high-quality decision making across the program by providing business cases, alternative scenarios, pros and cons assessments

Qualifications

• Project management skills enabling working with multiple projects simultaneously (Prince 2 certifications)
• Possess the ability to interface up and down the organization and proven analytical, leadership, facilitation, and training skills
• MSc or equivalent with a relevant area of study, e.g., business, economics, engineering, etc.
• Experience working in multinational teams, with program management, and/or in consultancy is a plus (10 years +)

Competencies

• Good oral and written communication skills with strong change management capability: has demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale change
• Proven leadership skills enabling working with multiple teams
• Strong execution orientation and a result-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills working with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially in PowerPoint and Excel)
• Strong ability to create presentations from quantitative data
• Analytical and structured thinking ability, balanced with attention to detail, to successfully plan and oversee complex and large scale projects/ transformation programs
