eloomi is on the lookout for a talented, ambitious and creative Product Designer to join the team in Copenhagen and continue the development of our innovative and successful SaaS solution.

eloomi currently helps over 1000 companies and their employees with employee training and personal development. For the past 8 years, we have strived to be the leaders in these areas - especially when it comes to being innovative and developing our existing and future products.

Right now, we are investing even more in our product team, and it is a really exciting time for all of us following our acquisition by Dayforce, a global leader in the HR tech space.

We are working with a high level of dedication to develop the software platform to secure a sublime experience for our large customer base around the world.

As a member of our product team you will work closely with product managers, our clients and software engineers. And we are ambitious! Our mission is to create and further develop the world’s most simple and engaging platform for learning and people development.

About you

• Strong knowledge of usability principles
• Experience from working in an agile and iterative product team
• Natural eye for minimal design and composition – you obsess with details
• Understanding of basic transitions and experience with Principle or similar
• Familiar with tools like Figma
• Experience with accessibility on web and mobile
• Strong communication skills: both internally and externally

Your responsibilities

• Produce wireframes and user flows based on user behaviours
• Designing the platform’s visual and functional user experience
• Maintain and develop our UI/UX design guidelines
• Design product user interfaces (desktop and mobile)
• Collaborate with our internal and external developer team

In this new role, you will report directly to our Head of Creative.
