We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our cutting-edge team. As a global leader in coatings and sustainable solutions, we are committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible, and we need your expertise to help us continue driving forward.

What you can look forward to:

• Design and implement machine learning models with a focus on RAG Chatbots, prompt flows, and OCR.
• Utilize Azure Cloud services including Azure Machine Learning Studio, AI Search, OpenAI Service, Blob Storage, SQL DB, and Cosmos DB for model development and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI, Automation and machine learning models into our products and services.
• Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and methodologies to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in the full ML model lifecycle (MLOPS) from conception to deployment and maintenance.

What are we looking for?
Overall, we are looking for the right candidate who has proven experience in data science, automation, machine learning or AI from either NLP, OCR, computer vision or GenAI projects along with experience or great interest in specifically in LLM’s, RAG Chatbots and prompt flows.

As such we believe the candidates brings:

• Masters degree in data science, computer science or related field along with expertise in programming languages and tools such as Python, SQL, Yaml and familiarity with Microsoft Graph.
• Strong proficiency in Azure Cloud services, including Azure Machine Learning Studio, AI Search, and OpenAI Service.
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure Cloud Fundamentals and Azure AI Fundamentals. Experience with the Power platform is also a big plus Good understanding and experience in data engineering and creating pipelines A solid understanding of data storage solutions like Blob Storage, SQL DB, and Cosmos DB.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
