Experienced Business Consultant for new role in YouSee’s Transformation team
YouSee is recruiting an industrious Business Consultant to contribute to and guide the company’s strategic journey as it pivots to become a digital service provider in a market known for swift transitions.As a part of the Transformation team you will be involved in a variety of exciting and high-priority projects across the functional areas in YouSee, with a high degree of exposure towards Senior Management

YouSee’s transformation
YouSee is in the midst of a full business and IT transformation creating a best in class telco of tomorrow, supporting the strategies of being truly digital and create great customer experiences. To support this journey, we have several programs and projects already running, and more to come. As a Business Consultant in the Transformation Team you will be the frontrunner in scoping and running these activities. Your success criteria will be to analyze, structure and facilitate the pipeline and ensure reporting and steercos for senior management, supporting and guiding project and program managers.

Role & Responsibilities
Whilst not exhaustive these are some of the core responsibilities for you as a skilled Business Consultant.
Translate strategic directions into operational plans
Facilitate and lead strategic projects across YouSee
Conduct thorough analysis to generate important insights that will inform strategic planning for leadership at YouSee and create presentations for executive and steering committee meetings
Support the professional and personal development of the Transformation team

Main requirements for the position
Who are you?
Your skills and qualifications (ideal candidate):

• 2-3 years of experience from management consulting firm or in-house consulting functions. Alternatively, having worked in Telco in a business development function / strategy role.
• Black-belt PowerPoint and Excel skills are required.
• Good problem-solving toolbox that enables you to systematically break down complex problems and come up with creative solutions.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills – you have the skills required to build presentations in a team with a clear and well-reasoned storyline, and to eventually present these to senior management in a convincing fashion.
• Ability to dive into complex topics and understanding changing market dynamics.
• Profound time and project management skills with great attention to detail
• Humble with a proactive and can-do mentality
