D-365 Finance & Operations Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations consultant that can play a key role in the ongoing strategic implementation project and in the global ERP team now and in the future.

You will be a part of the global ERP team and you will be involved in designing, configuring, testing, and implementing the new ERP platform globally.

You will also work with a broad range of stakeholders across business units and functional areas, but also with their implementation partner. The Group’s ERP team is small and therefore you are expected to contribute to all areas and facets of the implementation and afterwards, but they expect you to cover minimum Finance and User management modules. Experience with Data management, Sales and Marketing (Accounts receivable), Human Resource, Procurement and sourcing (Accounts payable) or other modules would be a plus.

Their goal is to use the D365 platform in the best possible way and standardize the processes globally. You must therefore enjoy challenging the processes and be willing to take responsibility of the chosen functionality. This implementation includes several countries over a period of time, and is the foundation of their data and digitalization journey.

The project is expected to be followed by a number of other digitalization initiatives/projects that you are also expected to be involved in.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to link the future business processes/requirements and the solution.
  • Work closely with their partner and colleagues in the ERP team to design, configure/develop and test the solution.
  • Independently run own main tracks and train the project team, ERP team colleagues and other users.
  • Run, participate and contribute to POC/demos etc. both end-to-end and in within own main tracks.
  • Share your knowledge and support the project organization throughout the implementation.
  • Prepare necessary project documentation.
  • Contribute as needed in other areas requiring technical expertise, such as data conversions, test management, reporting, security, user management, integrations, etc.
  • Identify and troubleshoot overall issues with the solution.
  • Identify and execute other tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Relevant technical education at Bachelor´s Degree level.
  • +3 years of related experience including design and implementation of ERP preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Ideally with experience from working as an internal ERP specialist/consultant and/- or certified in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Experience with more than +1 years of full life cycle implementation
  • Relevant experience in minimum Finance and User management modules. Experience in Data management, Sales and Marketing/Accounts receivable, Human Resource and Procurement and sourcing/Accounts payable or other modules would be a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Furthermore, experience with scrum and Microsoft Azure DevOps is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English both in writing and oral. Language skills in Danish, Spanish, Portuguese and/or Latvian is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Your place of work will be at their location in Pindstrup. In addition, there will be some travel activity – up to 50 days a year - to some of their different locations in Northern Ireland, Spain, Latvia, China, and Brazil.
