At Arcane Tinmen, we develop, sell and distribute the world–famous brand Dragon Shield – which consists of trading card and game accessories and digital services to gamers – as well as a variety of wonderous sub-brands to a community of passionate geeks from all over the world.
The strategy is set, and we need you to motivate and execute
You’ll join us at an exciting time with a new EMEA strategy ready to implement. You will get a chance to use your strong leadership and motivational skills, to set up your team for success. You will be responsible for setting the day-to-day approach to the market and building the structure and support for the EMEA team to be able to execute the new strategy.
The team consist of 2 account managers here in Denmark and we are currently hiring trade marketeers in Germany, and there is more addition on the way in other countries in EMEA. We are on an explosive growth journey, and need somebody that can help ground the team, to make sure we are keeping the team strong and focused during our growth spree.
To secure this, you will among other things:
- Plan the strategy implementation and daily processes to reach our goals.
- Challenge and support our two account managers.
- Implement the day-to-day practices of our expanding trade marketing team.
- Secure continuous follow-up on data collection and revenue predictions
- Potentially manage 2-4 distributor accounts yourself to get a feel for the market.
- But most importantly, setting your team up for success.
You should expect about 25-30 travel days a year.

You have probably already figured it out – we are geeks, and we are proud of it. We play Magic, table football and ping pong in our breaks, have sword fights at our summer party, and when you start, we will give you a certificate specifying which dragon you are, accompanied by a matching mug. But no matter how many or few spells you have cast before, we would love you to play along with us.
A wizard at getting things done and experienced day-to-day team leader
You understand how to create calmness in a hectic working environment where not all processes are fully developed, and you see the value in other people’s success.
Furthermore, we imagine that you:
- Have experience as a team leader.
- Have experience working with sales/marketeer teams, including distance management, and understand how to structure the day-to-day actions.
- Have some experience working internationally – not necessarily in the EMEA region.
- Speak and write English fluently, other languages like German, French or Spanish is an advantage.
