How to contribute to our vision
We are looking for a dedicated Manager that is seeking for playing a key role in driving the Offshore and Onshore Wind Turbine Tower Internals development and project execution.

• As Engineering Team Lead, you and your team are responsible for handling of customer projects during Sales and Execution phase, as well the technical realization of international development projects, solution developments and Cost Outs for Tower Internals / Secondary Structures.
• You are responsible to lead, develop and motivate the group of qualified engineers and technical project managers
• Together with your team you are driving the projects from initial target definition and project initialization through execution and development phase including validation until creation of final technical documentation.
• You live a philosophy of constant improvement and work on identifying potentials and drive the implementation
• You ensure a good collaboration with the teams and stakeholders within Tower development domain as well as the rest of the organization.
• You foster a positive team spirit that values ownership, proactivity, collaboration and mutual support
• You develop your team and adjust your setup to contribute best to the strategic targets and in same way you support the development and learning of your people.
• You take care to provide a suitable work environment and facilitate efficient processes.
• You work in an intercultural team with people located globally and main hubs in Denmark, Germany, Spain, US and India.

What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

• You have at least 10 years work experience with at least 5 years in Engineering and 2 years in Management.
• You own a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering or similar.
• You need to have great leadership and people management skills & experience and you are also eager to work in an intercultural environment.
• You need to have the ability to overcome challenges and persistence in development and have experience in change management.
• You are proactive, take ownership and have strong coordination and communication skills.
• You have the flexibility to travel from time to time.
• You are fluent in English, Danish language skills are considered a plus.
