Then this is the perfect role for a self-driven and ambitious Paid Search Specialist to have a true impact on ONLY's e-commerce performance. We are currently looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join our team on the mission to achieve new and ambitious growth targets. You will have the opportunity to shape paid search within ONLY E-commerce as this is a new role in the team.

YOUR TEAM
ONLY’s E-commerce is a highly motivated department located in Brande – we run and manage all ONLY´s activities in growing and optimizing paid search activities for ONLY.com. You will be part of a team within the ONLY E-commerce department, where we have an open, dynamic, and international environment, where every day brings new and interesting challenges.

YOUR ROLE
As our new Paid Search Specialist, you will join and take part of building an ambitious and performance driven team of energetic and determined professionals in an environment that emphasizes entrepreneurial spirit and is set up to succeed in whatever we take part in. In your role you will have the daily operation focus search activities across all markets where ONLY operates. This includes creating, analyzing, and maintenance of our search, shopping, Pmax, Display & YouTube campaigns across Europe. You will also help implementing, optimizing, and evaluating the latest Beta’s. More specifically your responsibilities include:

• Take part in the creation of our strategy and roadmap for Paid Search campaigns.
• Provide in-depth analysis on campaign performance with a highly data approach.
• Budgeting and forecasting for Search Ads on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Set-up, manage & optimize Search Ads campaigns and find new opportunities in the data for expansion (using automation strategies)

YOUR PROFILE
You are passionate about e-commerce, are business-oriented and eager to expand your knowledge by driving traffic to our websites. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, is detail-oriented, and motivated by the opportunity to optimize existing solutions and test new ones to improve our results. Furthermore, you possess the following qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in an Agency or in-house team.
• Great analytical skills, data driven and interest to dive into the details.
• Interest in the fashion industry and knowledgeable about other E-commerce channels (i.e. SEO, email, remarketing, affiliates)
• Fluent in English is an advantage.
