Responsibilities
We are looking for a full-time intern to join our Investor Relations and Business Development team. The Investor Relations and Business Development team at Verdane is responsible for Verdane’s revenue generation, raising new private equity funds and co-investments, as well as Verdane’s “customer care”, ensuring that existing investors are well-informed and well looked-after.

  • Support Verdane’s capital raising efforts for funds, co-investments and secondary transactions

  • Support with analysis, preparation of materials, as well as the organisation of investor events such as the annual investor days or advisory committee meetings
  • Investor communication around new investments, realisations and other key events

Professional Qualifications

  • Master’s degree graduate or studying towards a Master’s degree
  • Relevant internship experience in the financial sector (minimum 6 months) such as: Private Equity, Alternative Investment Manager, Investment Banking, IR, Private Banking, Asset Management, Audit
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English (Nordic languages or German is an advantage)

Personal Competencies
You have strong analytical and communication skills, a solid financial understanding and are motivated to work in a fast-paced environment. We can offer you an exciting opportunity to gain a broad understanding of the working cogs of a leading private equity firm, working with members of the Investor Relations and Business Development team as well as the investment teams.
You will be a perfect fit if our corporate values resonate with you:

  • Get things done: We actively work to shorten decision making cycles, always completing our set tasks with quality. We prioritise what lies before us in order to ensure that everything we set out to accomplish is done well, rather than taking on too many things at once.
  • Dare to be different: We are bold in our thinking and challenge the status quo. We treasure differences of opinion and value complementary perspectives as we seek creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Love what we do: We are genuinely committed and passionately curious, entrepreneurial in spirit and deed – the best idea wins.
  • Respect people and the planet: We act with integrity and seek to build trust in all relations. We show responsibility and aspire to be on the right side of history, helping to move our industry towards more sustainable, long-term thinking.

You have a growth mindset, good communication skills, and a desire to work in an international environment. As a person, you collaborate well in a down-to-earth and value-based culture that is committed to building long-lasting relationships. You have a can-do attitude and enjoy working with people, but also enjoy solving challenges on your own.
Verdane is committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive working environment and we actively seek for qualified candidates regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, national origin, disability, or age.

Please note that applications are assessed on an ongoing basis and we encourage candidates to apply as soon as they feel ready.
