What will you be doing?
As our Senior IT System Manager, you will be responsible for the IT governance and IT compliance tasks in relation to a portfolio of GxP IT systems/Computerised equipment across Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) departments. It will be your responsibility to systematically maintain documentation, perform reviews, drive life cycle management, and run small projects that ensure that the cross-site IT systems live up to internal and external requirements.

Furthermore, you will:

• Manage the expectations of stakeholders and users concerning IT governance, IT compliance and IT security in relation to the IT systems
• Ensure systematic review and reporting regarding LCM, Risk, Security Patching, User Review, ITPSE etc
• Act as point of contact, liaison partner and escalation support for local IT/OT teams, associate managers/system owners in IT BRD
• Provide guidance to ensure most appropriate levels of service levels are supplied to meet future business needs
• Drive new cross BRD initiatives concerning new systems, tools and IT related processes

Please note this position is an on-site in Hillerød-Gentofte(50/50)/DK.

Which competencies to bring?
You are the ideal candidate if you tick most of the following:

• Bachelor’s or technical degree in IT, automation or similar fields or has had a similar position in the pharma or another regulated production environment
• Several years of experience in field of IT System Management, IT Compliance, IT security and IT Risk assessment
• Knowledge of ITIL, preferably ServiceNow and it is a plus if you have experience in documented project management
• Experience with GAMP5 and COBIT
• Proficiency in English, and Danish would be a plus

You have a can-do attitude and manage to get the job done with the right sense of urgency, prioritization and communicating status and solutions accordingly - while supporting and keeping a touch of fun our day-to-day work environment.

You will join a team with very committed colleagues! We are organizationally placed in Digital, Data & IT (DDIT) operating to support Biotech & Rare Disease Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (BRD API) production where we partner with production.

BRD API is part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, a global production network at the forefront of technology and quality pharmaceutical products. In BRD, we are supplying all Novo Nordisk products for Rare Diseases and using our competencies in Biotech to support the growing efforts into completely new production platforms and therapy areas for Novo Nordisk.
