In the role as Marketing Lead, you will be working primarily with content creation, corporate communication, value propositions, and bringing marketing leads into sales opportunities. This role constitutes an essential position at Gomspace, and with a shift in marketing focus top-of-your-mind, you will be a key element in the transformation and implementations.

Your focus will be on Customers and driving the company's value propositions to the market, further increasing brand awareness and brand preference. You will work in cooperation with various internal stakeholders such as engineering teams, sales, the corporate marketing/communication team and executive level.

This means that your job will be to promote the quality, value propositions and unique selling points of these exciting space industry products and the Gomspace brand to its clients. Your main focus will be on sales and commercial aspects, bringing the effect of your marketing work into full play, so sales can bring it into action with the customers. You will develop the Gomspace customer’s experience as well as use all opportunities in customers’ journey with the company to improve proximity and loyalty and generate upside selling.

Additionally, you will be deeply involved in the implementation of the new website as well as website updates in collaboration with other marketing resources.

Other tasks of this role will be to:
• Develop and articulate Gomspace Value proposition towards the market
• Develop and articulate an efficient customer experience for Gomspace’s clients
• Use all moments of the customer’s journey with Gomspace to optimize loyalty, adherence and upside selling opportunities
• Prepare and execute social media campaigns to promote Gomspace
• Organize online product events (Q&As, demos, etc.)
• Act as support to conference participation
• Talk to customers, and do market analyses

your profile
You know how to talk to and interact with customers, sales staff and engineers, and you are able to drive and implement the marketing agenda. As a team player and marketing advocate, you know that ensuring buy-in from your stakeholders is essential to succeed. With your understanding of technical specifications and good people skills, you can convert the various inputs to create unique value propositions and selling points. You know how to get people to join in during a transformation. Furthermore, you are passionate and data-driven.

You should reflect the GomSpace values of being helpful, communicating openly and frequently and showing true leadership.

Furthermore, we look for the following:
• Educational background and at least 5 years’ experience within marketing
• Broad experience in marketing that can cover various marketing disciplines
• You speak English fluently, have experience dealing with international customers and have good communication skills
• You act with integrity, honesty, and respect
