Operations Analyst

Aeven, a leading Danish IT Service Provider headquartered in Copenhagen, is seeking an experienced professional to join our 24x7 SPOC team as Operations Analyst.

Our clients, mostly critical organizations for Danish society, rely on us to provide excellent experiences and stable operations when working with their core IT, making this role crucial to our mission.

You will be part of a strong, dedicated, and experienced team of 8 operators who work in the heart of Aeven’s Infrastructure operations and have a close interaction with our customers, the Operations Center, technicians, and specialists.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in service delivery and possess a deep understanding of IT operations. Preferably also having worked in a similar position in a larger, international company.

Key Responsibilities:
As Operations Analyst in our 24x7 SPOC team you will:

• work in a 24/7 shift schedule that repeats itself every 8 weeks.
• handle first contact with the customer’s service desk, technicians, and other key IT personnel on phone and via Cherwell ITSM tool or mail.
• perform analysis, prioritization, and escalation of High and Critical cases to our Aeven technicians who resolve the incidents.
• use surveillance tools to monitor and escalate alarms from servers, network equipment and other systems.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in IT service delivery and service support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• We will teach you all about the tools you will be working with, but special skills related to MS TEAMS and SharePoint Online will count to your advantage.
• Independent and self-driven.

Requirements:

• Good oral and written language skills in English and Danish.
• A solid, documented understanding of the IT environment and troubleshooting such as ITIL Foundation, IT Supporter education and/or work experience from a similar position.
• A clean criminal record, as some customers require PET security clearance.
• A positive mindset. Open and outgoing.
