PanzerGlass® is recognized as one of the leading global brands in screen protection. In this role, you will play a crucial part in contract management and provide legal advice across various fields of law essential for PanzerGlass.

Key responsibilities
We are a team of 3 colleagues supporting the global organization with various legal matters. Your primary focus will be on the commercial aspects. More specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Managing contract processes and maintaining standards using the IT tool ContractBook.
• Supporting the continuous implementation of compliance areas important to PanzerGlass, such as GDPR, Competition Law, and ESG.
• Participating actively in the company's GDPR Council.
• Assisting in the defence and protection of PanzerGlass' IP rights, including collecting evidence of use, monitoring the market, and managing enforcement projects.
• Supporting the Business and the General Counsel in various legal and administrative matters.

Your profile
We expect you to hold a Law Degree (Cand. Jur or Cand. Merc. Jur) and have some years of experience in commercial law. Given the various touchpoints across the global company, effective communication and teamwork skills are essential. You should be business-oriented, service-minded, and willing to go the extra mile when necessary.

The ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team is crucial, particularly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement is highly valued. We appreciate attention to detail and mutual flexibility.

Fluency in both Danish and English is required for seamless interaction and collaboration in our multicultural environment.
