Overview
About The Role Exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Sønderborg. Take a key role in driving success within our delivery function for the telecommunications industry by successfully managing projects and acting as a team leader!
About You You are a highly enthusiastic individual with the following qualities:
- Minimum of 4 years experience working in Project Management
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent English and German written and verbal communication skills
- Danish not required
- Strong presentation skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Experience with ERP solutions and ERP system implementation is preferred
- Project Management certification is a plus
- Team management experience is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Project and team manager during the project implementation phase
- Project management of project scope, budget and resources, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and meeting Hansen financial KPIs
- Manage the relationship with the clients and all stakeholders
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties with other project managers in delivery
- Team management: one to ones, team wellness and development
