Four our Operation and Cost Management department we are looking for a new Cost manager for Tower and Foundation to join are team in Vejle.

How to contribute to our vision
You will support the Tower & Foundation organization as a Cost Manager with, but not limited to the following topics:

• Guide the Head of Tower & Foundation department, Chief Engineers and Technology Owners with an aligned cost strategy and status
• Close collaboration with stakeholders & experts on cost competitiveness positioning
• Monitor & report cost bridge status towards projects​
• Secure constant cost engineering optimization and planning from the organization
• Align costing methodologies with stakeholders & product business cases
• Lead price memo alignments with stakeholders for next generation towers and foundations
• Harmonize cost management process and tools within Onshore and Offshore products
• Guide a team of cost experts

What you need to make a difference
Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for:

A motivating team player, who is resilient, responsible, and structured with excellent communication skills. You interact with stakeholders high and low in the organization as well as external stakeholders. You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment.

Furthermore, you have:

• University degree in business development, engineering, management, supply chain or similar
• Ideally more than 5+ years of experience in one or more areas within cost management and continuous improvement in different functions such as product development, supply chain, project management, R&D
• Experience with market lead OEMs organizations and processes with strong cost conscious
• Experience within renewables is an advantage

As a person you:

• Feel comfortable to develop a large network in a multicultural and dynamic environment, where you must be able to establish trust while driving the organization in terms of cost consciousness and approaching topics with a critical mindset.
• are detail oriented, analytical, strong organizational skills, proactive with proven ability to meet deadlines, works well under pressure and possess the ability to manage people and time efficiently and prioritize effectively.
• are self-driven and persistent while also being open, communicative, and pragmatic.

It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations. It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
