For our Mold Manufacturing Department in Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy in Aalborg, Denmark, we are looking for an analytical and innovative Process Engineer. The department is responsible for the production and installation of blade molds worldwide.

How to contribute to our vision:
Your key responsibilities will be to contribute to the production engineering standards within manufacturing and documentation. This goes for implementation of new- and redesigned products in the production worldwide.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as production, mold design, global functions, and EHS.

In short, you will be responsible for:

• Preparation, implementation, and monitoring of a complete production/installation basis within area of ​​responsibility.
• Verification and preparation of documentation so that new designs can be produced in accordance with legislation, internal standards, and safety and environmental regulations.
• Helping internal and external audits and quality check.
• Ensuring that new equipment, buildings, etc. are designed, modified, and purchased in accordance with new designs and processes.
• Collection and control of production documentation (as-built)
• Ongoing support of the production as well as training/teaching. It must be expected that you spend up to 50% of your time in production.

The process engineer role will also be driving other activities as factory layout, process flow, PFMEA, line balance, storyboard etc.

Changing working hours and travel activity can be expected in connection with production and installation.

What you need to make a difference:
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for a candidate who holds a degree in Engineering or equivalent. It is an advantage to have a few years of relevant experience within the wind energy industry or similar, but bright, motivated, and fresh minds are also very welcome to apply.

It is essential that you have excellent Danish and English language skills, both written and spoken.

It is also an advantage if you have experience with 3D software, SAP, casting, epoxy, design process, project management, and safety regulations.

As a person, we are looking for a motivating team player, who is resilient, responsible, and structured with excellent communication skills. You interact with stakeholders high and low in the organization as well as external stakeholders. You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment. Furthermore, you are a responsible and detail-oriented individual who can plan, prioritize, and execute daily operations and tasks. You must be pro-active, independent, and have strong interpersonal people skills.
