As our Revenue Operations Associate, you will help us build an effective revenue organization, by defining and executing best practices via systems architecture, data analysis, reporting, and process improvements. This role demands a unique blend of analytical skills, operational acumen, and a zeal for both sales and marketing operations and strategies. You will build processes that are best-in-class to help increase the effectiveness and speed of global marketing, business development, sales, and partner teams.

To ensure we are on the right track, you will set and monitor KPIs together with our commercial leadership (e.g. tracking business results, and monitoring production KPIs).To be successful, you should have experience in a similar role, have a curious mindset and be able to manage projects across different business areas. You should also demonstrate great execution skills and be able to communicate the vision of the company across all levels.

Knowledge of tools, processes, and key metrics along the modern SaaS revenue funnel will help you to define where your work can be most effective.

What you will do:

    • Sales and Marketing Process Optimization: Refine and augment both sales and marketing processes, methodologies, and tools to elevate team efficiency and effectiveness across the board. Lead initiatives dedicated to GTM process improvement and architectural simplification in alignment with GTM strategy.
    • Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform data analysis to extract actionable insights related to sales trends, marketing campaign performance, and pipeline health. Regularly prepare and present dashboards/reports to leadership, highlighting revenue performance, marketing ROI, and other key operational metrics. CRM and Commercial tools
    • Management: Manage and optimize the use of CRM (e.g. Hubspot) and other commercial tools (e.g. Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) to ensure seamless lead management, sales and marketing alignment, effective campaign tracking, managing user permissions, and resolving workflow issues.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a collaborator between sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to foster integrated strategies for revenue growth.
    • Performance Monitoring: Assess sales and marketing performance against targets, pinpoint improvement areas, and spearhead strategies to address these gaps. Training & Support: Offer ongoing training and support to both sales and marketing teams on new tools, processes, and best practices, ensuring maximum productivity and cohesion. Document and create a knowledge repository for sales support clarifying new and existing process changes.
    • Maintain data integrity within customer records in our CRM: spearhead data quality projects.

You’ll thrive in this role if:

    • Love spreadsheets and using logic to streamline processes.
    • Like to zoom in and out when looking at a problem to be solved - big picture thinking alongside zooming into the details and getting your teeth sunk into for example fixing a broken workflow automation. Can adapt in a scale-up environment where processes can change quickly.
    • Are both commercially minded and analytical/detail-oriented.
    • Have a collaborative spirit with a strong work ethic and a passion for innovation in healthcare.
    • Are interested in growing in the revenue operations field.

What background we’re looking for:

    • Experience: At least 2 years in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a closely related field, with a preference for experience in the SaaS or healthcare technology sectors.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required, Masters degree preferred
    • Skills:

    • Expertise in CRM/workflow automation (Hubspot preferred)
    • Outstanding communication skills
    • Expertise in using data and analytics to improve performance.
    • Project management, prioritization, and handling several tasks and projects at the same time
    • Experience with tooling management for sales or marketing tools
