Head of Professional Services-Tietoevry Banking

We are looking for a Head of Professional Services who wants to be part of the Collection unit within Tietoevry Banking. Our Collection unit delivers market leading Debt Collection software both as on-premises as well as SaaS built by unmatched industry expertise.

When joining Tietoevry Banking as Head of Professional Services

• You will manage a group of talented and experienced individuals working with support, consulting, and customer specific development.
• You are responsible for establishing and implementing efficient processes within the unit that secures quality in our deliveries to the customers.
• You are responsible for establishing processes that secures smooth collaboration with other parts of the Collection unit.
• You are responsible for managing the business according to the guidelines and strategies while achieving the main goal of the business.
• You are responsible for securing fulfillment of SLAs and high billability on consultants and the delivery teams.
• You are utmost responsible for driving through changes, improvements and measures required to develop the unit.
• You are expected to, through your leadership, create conditions for a strong operating culture with positive attitudes, values, goals, and behaviors.
• You are expected to, through your leadership, maintain and provide the best conditions for the business to continue being an attractive workplace and to continue reaching common business goals.

The position does not involve extensive travel, but some travel activities are expected.

Who we are looking for

• You have extensive experience (10+ years) of having full leadership in management positions such as project manager, unit manager or similar.
• You have experience in leading other leaders.
• You have extensive experience from delivering Software in various delivery models such as SaaS.
• You have experience from support, consulting, and development organizations.
• You have experience in working in a multicultural environment with customers and direct reports in various countries.
• You have a degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Economics, or other relevant degrees.

• You have good communicative properties, fluent language skills in Swedish and English.

We also believe you have

• Experience of working in leading positions within Tech and the Software delivery industry.
• Been part of a management team.
• Experience from Debt Collection industry is a great advantage.
• Good understanding of Tech and the consulting industry.
