As our new Inside Sales Representative you will have the responsibility for selling Agilent Technologies products, solutions, and services to our valued customers across Chromatography (LC, GC, GC/MS, HPLC) and Spectroscopy (Atomic and Molecular). This includes instrument, software, and related accessories in a defined territory primarily through outbound and inbound sales activities via telephone, email and other digital methods

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Representing the company to the customers in all sales-oriented activities.
• Focus on acquiring new customers, growing our wallet-share as well as retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers. These activities include quotations generation as well as all administrative tasks related to our internal systems.
• Selling company consumable products to end-user users in assigned territories, through multichannel inbound and outbound sales activities (phone, web chat, e-mail). Sales activities require technical knowledge of products and applications.
• You will act independently but will also support a Field Sales team. Accountable to achieve team and individual sales quota.
• For this position you will cover the Danish market.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent within Biological/Life Sciences (ideally biochemistry or analytical chemistry)
• First experience in/ knowledge of analytical techniques such as Chromatography (LC, GC, HPLC etc…) and /or Spectroscopy in a similar position or as an end user
• Experience in Sales is a plus
• Full proficiency in Danish, but also a good level of English (written and oral)

Apart from these more technical skills, you should also have:

• Efficient communication skills: verbal, written and listening
• Excellent time-management skills as well as being able to work under pressure
• Cooperative and proactive approach to problem-solving
• The ability to understand customer requirements and balance customer expectations with Agilent's business needs.
• Proactive with a “can-do” attitude and a natural instinct to deliver the highest-levels of customer service
• Comfortable with digital tools (webchat, e-mails, social media, teleconferencing etc.)
