Then we hope you are our new manager in our highly skilled Process Sciences Purification PPQ/Commercial team!

Your New Role
Your team will consist of Scientists and Sr. Scientists.

Will have an important role as a sparring partner and mentor for your team on the various unit operations.

Your Primary tasks

• Ensure team has timely delivery of pre-requisites for PPQ and commercial manufacture and delivery to our customers
• Prioritization of ongoing tasks
• Scientific evaluation of high level challenges/improvements
• Cross functional alignment
• Development of organisation
• Continues improvement

Skills & Talent, we hope you possess

• Experience with large scale manufacturing of proteins
• Experience with PPQ of biopharmaceuticals
• Experience working in a CDMO
• 3+ years of experience as a people manager
• Good communication skills and fluency in English
• Master of Science in a natural science, e.g. Pharmacy, Biothechnology, Biology or similar
• Have experience as a manager in the pharma industry – personal experience with PPQ and large-scale commercial production is an advantage
• Dedication and care for your team
• Are transparent in your communication, value open and honest dialogues

The Process Sciences PPQ/commercial team is a newly started team with approximately 5-7 dedicated and enthusiastic Scientists.
