E-commerce Key Account Manager

As our new E-commerce Key Account Manager, you will be in charge of commercial partnerships and offerings across partners and marketplaces throughout Europe and with selected partners outside Europe. At Trendhim, we’ve built 8 strong brands and a solid portfolio of thousands of men’s accessories across 20 categories, and it’ll be your job to get our brands into relevant marketplaces and retailers, tailor the assortment, and work with commercial program and marketplace campaign setups – all to drive your primary KPI: revenue driven by commercial partners outside Trendhim.

At Trendhim, we’ve spent more than a decade designing thousands of products and building a strong direct-to-consumer e-commerce business with about DKK 300 mil in annual revenue. It’ll be your job to take this category expertise and our strong portfolio and build distribution across other platforms.

You’ll be part of a newly-built category team at Trendhim, refer to our Head of Category, and work with category managers on the team to secure distribution for our 20+ categories across 25+ markets.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Implement customer-driven assortment strategy for a handful of house brands and thousands of styles tailored to key partnerships.
  • Establish connections and build long-term partnerships with marketplaces and other distribution partners.
  • Tailor offerings based on data and analysis to maximise sell-through via each partner.
  • Work with marketplace campaign setups and be responsible for partner marketing budgets to drive performance.
  • Work with the rest of the category team on a strategy to secure distribution for our 20+ categories across 25+ markets.
  • Work with other departments like marketing and IT on campaigns, processes, master data, and analysis.
  • Be in charge of KPIs, target setting, and the full P/L of your commercial area.

You’ll be connected with a project manager in charge of ensuring logistics, customer service, and other operations run smoothly so you can focus on what you do best: establishing partnerships, building assortment and campaign plans, and maximising sales.

Who You Are

  • You have a passion for winning, and you live and breathe for driving better results in your business area (more customers, more sales, and longer-lasting partnerships).
  • You quickly build connections with new people and teams.
  • You have experience with e-commerce and online marketplaces (preferably large scale) and understand their general A-Z.
  • You likely have experience with marketing campaigns and budgets on large European marketplaces such as Zalando or Amazon.
  • You have experience building relations with key accounts and preparing and structuring relevant data for analysis and presentation.
  • You likely have experience in market analysis and work with demand spaces, consumer archetypes, or other strategic segmentation models.
  • You are data-driven in everything you do and used to tasks such as analysing a category, segment, or product portfolio.
