About the Position
You will work with a team of specialists with strong skills in strategy, development, UX/design, and project management. As a MarTech Developer, you'll play a central role in strengthening our team. Your contribution will focus on idea generation, development, and implementation of marketing automation systems, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and other related systems and technologies within the marketing technology landscape.
Your tasks will include:
- Designing and implementing flows/journeys on our clients' platforms
- Developing optimal strategies for data integration across different systems
- System landscape analysis - assessment
- Customer data analysis to ensure necessary data availability on the platform
- Technical consultation with clients - both marketing and IT
- Platform analysis to choose the right platform for our clients
- Setting up integrations between platforms
You will work closely with the rest of the MarTech team, as well as our frontend and backend developers, business developers, designers, and data insight specialists.
Your Profile
You likely have experience working in marketing automation systems, where you've been actively involved in development, implementation, and operation. Additionally, you have worked with data modelling across CRM systems, engagement systems, and CDPs. Your motivation is driven by a desire to work with future MarTech solutions and the ability to develop the right technical solution for a given problem. As a person, you are sociable and thrive in an advisory role, both internally within our team and in direct collaboration with our clients and their teams.
The Ideal Candidate
- Has experience with marketing automation/MarTech
- Understands the development of customer journeys that integrate existing and future technology landscapes
- Has skills in personalized communication
- Understand the principles of artificial intelligence (AI)
- Is logically minded and has a technical flair
- Is eager to learn and apply new technologies
- Has experience with HTML/CSS, SQL, and API integration
- Is familiar with systems such as Agillic, Bloomreach, Braze, Responsys, Salesforce, Segment, or Tealium
- Can work independently and drive their own projects
- Is sociable and works well in team environments
