About your role as a Strategy Manager
The main purpose of the Strategy Manager position in GlobalConnect B2C is to contribute to the strategic direction, business development, and transformational activities on a B2C group level. The main responsibilities include generating data driven analyses to facilitate strategic discussions in the management team, shaping / driving transformational activities, assessing market trends and competitive landscapes, and promoting strategic initiatives from concept to execution.

Here are some examples of key responsibilities during a typical day:

• Lead strategic initiatives in GlobalConnect B2C from concept to execution. Examples are conducting strategic evaluations of business areas or segments, developing investment strategies, or collaborating with the M&A team on mergers and acquisitions.
• Head selected transformational initiatives – in line with the long-term transformational plan for GlobalConnect B2C.
• Form and keep an updated view of our five Nordic markets in terms of key market developments and dynamics, opportunities, and competitors.
• Create and maintain strategic forecasting models for B2C and individual markets.
• Help create materials for Board of Directors, Corporate Leadership Team gatherings, and Business review sessions involving the Group CEO and the Group CFO.
• Some of your work will be transacted directly with the B2C management team and or the group Corporate Leadership Team including the Group CEO.

You have a collaborative mindset and get excited about solving complex business challenges and finding creative solutions and growth opportunities. In this position you will work closely with our senior management across five Nordic markets, addressing the most critical issues to shape our strategic direction. The position demands a combination of analytical - problem solving - and project management skills as well as solid business and strategic acumen. Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is not required.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comprehensive background in business analysis, market research, project management or related fields, potentially from a consultancy, although this is not a requirement.
• Effective communication and presentation skills in both Danish and English with a constructive critical and strategic mindset to challenge status quo and improve ways of working.
• High proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
• Master’s degree within relevant area, or other relevant business experience.
