Manager for a Project team
Are you ready to take on a leadership role and guide a team of experienced project managers and skilled specialists toward achieving new levels of success? We are seeking a dedicated people manager to fill this crucial position within our dynamic project and process team, focusing on Drug Product technical support at our manufacturing site in Kvistgaard. Reporting directly to the Director of Drug Product Production Support, you will be responsible for a team of seven to eight direct reports.

Drug Product Facility Overview
Our Fill & Finish facility conducts large-scale production processes including formulation, wash & sterilization, filling lines, freeze drying, inspection, labeling & packaging, and related processes. To enhance our Technical Production Support, we have reorganized the technical department into three teams, and the leadership team plays a key role in ensuring stable commercial production, evolving processes, validating new products, executing projects, and driving continuous improvement within our drug product manufacturing facility.

About Us

• Our department consists of 40 employees across the three teams.
• We provide technical support to Bavarian Nordic's Drug Product Production and lead all projects within the drug product domain.
• We ensure extensive communication and collaboration with various departments, fostering strong relationships with our MSAT, QC, and QA stakeholders.

Who We're Seeking

• To excel in this role, you will focus on supporting team alignment, motivation, and values, enabling your colleagues to perform effectively. This role will allow you to make significant contributions to processes and projects, particularly in managing CAPAX initiatives with durations ranging from monthly to two years. Ideal candidates will have:
• Two-Three years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical production.
• A master’s degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmaceutics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in GMP compliance.
• Preferable experience in product validation and aseptic production.
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of various engineering disciplines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in both Danish and English, both written and verbal.
