Are you the Right Project Manager?
If your ambitions match ours, then you might be the right Project Manager for our team. Do you have a minimum of 10 years' experience in high-level project management, and can you see yourself working on exciting interdisciplinary projects within cGMP areas in, among others, pharmaceutical production? Then you are looking in the right place.

Types of Tasks
As a Project Manager, we expect you to be able to contribute by:

• Managing large OPEX or CAPEX projects in both parts of the design phases or throughout the entire project from idea to completion.
• Delivering projects according to our customers' project models; Conceptual design, Basic design, Detailed design, Procurement, and Construction management.
• Direct contact with and responsibility for leading projects for our customers in the Life Science industry. We expect you to be able to lead both the project and the customer so that the customer experiences Project Excellence and demands further advice.
• Collaborating with other NIRAS departments across our many areas of expertise. We expect you to see the advantage of and be able to involve the many different expertise we have in NIRAS.
• Quality and financial management. We expect you to think in terms of quality and manage finances closely so that the customer feels secure in your hands.

Your Professional Profile
You have experience in the Life Science industry and in leading complex projects in a cGxP environment. You are well acquainted with various project management tools and use these to ensure delivery, quality, and high customer satisfaction.

You see yourself as an important part of business development, and if you also have experience with the core process part, it would be an advantage, but not crucial.

Your Personal Strengths
As a person, you are a team player and good at creating a common team spirit. You thrive on leading by example, use motivation as a tool, and are convincing in your communication.

You have a positive impact, a confident demeanor, and good drive. You can juggle many tasks in a structured world and are good at "connecting the dots." And you appreciate freedom with responsibility.
