Be brave, curious and focused! Come join us using your broad financial savvy in a Senior Finance Business Partner role and help us succeeding on our ambitious journey towards Sustainable Packing! Bring a strong business understanding including ability to couple impacts from business decisions into a finance context.

Core Responsibilities
Within Sustainable Materials, Packing and R&D Packing you will be responsible for Finance business partnering for the Sustainable Packing Program working closely and providing functional leadership to another colleague in the team. Part of the job will be bridging business decisions to financial impact and building end-to-end visibility in key trade-offs/prioritization dialogues, short-/long term implications etc. – e.g. on the critical roll-out of sustainable pre-pack lines.

Support Sustainable Materials Packing SteerCo on financial impacts, analysis etc as well as drive financial planning processes across key business and factories comes natural including:

  • Driving the monthly reporting e.g. towards the Steering Group, E&W and Corporate Reporting
  • Updating business case and secure approval of investments according to our authorization
  • Ad hoc analysis and presentations – e.g. deep-dive on program implications on standard cost development.

Join a Finance team of 8 that supports our Engineering & Workplace Finance organisation. Here we work with senior collaborators in the Sustainable Materials Program and across Operations.

Do you have what it takes?
University degree or equivalent experience in Finance or other related degree in combination with

  • Minimum 5+ years of finance business partner experience e.g. from Supply Chain, Operations or Sustainability would be exciting.
  • Phenomenal collaboration skills proven in a global context across senior customers
  • Excellent communication skills and an approach of enabling and at the same time challenging solutions demonstrating the Leadership Playground behaviors by being Curious – Brave – Focused.
  • Proven financial toolbox – including understanding of business case development, budgeting processes and accounting principles
