To support our growth journey, we are looking for a Digital Platform Manager.

With direct reference to the Head of Digital Transformation in our Solution and Service Delivery organization, you will join a team covering a variety of digital disciplines. As a team, we prioritize close collaboration and knowledge sharing to ensure continuous development of skills to solve challenging tasks. Together we work towards supporting the overall growth and success of Kamstrup in the digital space.

A job with focus on enabling customer self-service across our digital customer platforms
In this newly established position, you will play a pivotal role in continuously improving and maintaining our digital customer platforms to ensure they effectively meet customer needs. Your responsibilities will include strategically leveraging the platforms to enhance customer self-service capabilities. Through close collaboration with relevant stakeholders across the business, you will ensure the platforms offer a great customer experience and full integration with other systems and are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Improving and maintaining our customer-facing digital platforms based on data from our Digital Insights Manager to ensure competitiveness and innovation.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive learning strategy for our customer learning platform and actively engaging with subject matter experts across the organization to oversee platform development, governance, content creation, updates, etc.
  • Overseeing the budgets for platform development, content creation, and allocating resources efficiently

Personality matters
We are looking for a Digital Platform Manager who is digitally minded and passionate about exploring new technological trends. Ideally, you have an educational background in Business, Learning, Project Management, IT, or another relevant field combined with at least 3 years of experience working with digital training platforms and other LMS/CMS systems. This has given you the commercial understanding that allows you to effectively bridge technical and business aspects combined with the understanding of content strategy, content management, and online user behavior.

As a person, you are ambitious and possess an unwavering can-do attitude fueled by a desire to deliver tangible results. You thrive in a dynamic and international work environment where great communication and project management skills are key to succeeding. You have experience in managing stakeholders across an international organization and an analytical approach to both scoping and scaling initiatives.

As we are an international company it is a requirement that you are fluent in English. Danish will be considered an advantage.
