Great because we are looking for an IT Information Process Responsible to start up the discipline of managing these cross-functional/cross-system information services to the benefit of your colleagues in IT and our stakeholders throughout Bavarian Nordic.

Boost our team
You will be part of the IT Enterprise Architecture team in our IT Department, a team of 60 passionate colleagues. We are situated in Denmark, the US, Switzerland, and Germany and cover all aspects of IT development & operation. You will be surrounded by a diverse group of IT professionals working with IT Infrastructure, ServiceDesk, Security, Compliance, Business Applications, and Project Management. This gives you easy access to knowledge & expertise and enables clarifying things as well as professional development.

The IT Enterprise Architecture team is responsible for the implementation, management, and architecture of the IT systems used close to production, QA, and R&D. You will:

• Join a team that currently consists of 13 dedicated IT application specialists and IT architects
• IT Information Process Management is a new discipline in Global IT, and you will have an influence on your role and impact
• Become the coordinator in the center of the web leading the development of the needed processes and tools to manage the cross-functional IT services together with our Integration Specialist and Enterprise Architect
• Report to the manager of IT Enterprise Architecture and your primary location will be our headquarters in Hellerup, Denmark

Primary work tasks
Our vaccines make a real difference to people, and no matter your role we all contribute to protecting lives every day. Your primary tasks:

• Design cross-functional information services with internal and external specialists
• Ensure the stability of setup and operation
• Handle Major Incidents, when needed
• Coordinate change management of the services
• Collaborate with stakeholders for the flow and involve technology partners

Are you our next pioneer?
Succeeding with our vision of becoming one of the largest pure-play vaccine companies in the world is no walk in the park, and that is why we need people like you who are determined to make it happen and have the following qualifications:

• Min. 3 years of experience in a similar role within Service- or System Management (E.g., Service Manager, Application Manager, System Manager)
• Experience working with both on-prem and SaaS solutions
• Your technical background includes system integration experience
• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, IT, or similar
• Proficient in oral and written English
• Experience with IT Service Management and ITIL is an advantage
• Experience with the life science industry and knowledge about the qualification and validation of IT systems within this area, is an advantage
