How to contribute to our vision

We are looking for a self-driven Student Worker to support our Product Design Management Systems Team within the Technology Department located in Brande. We are a big team with employees in 4 different countries and are working to harmonize, optimize, and improve processes related to our PLM tools and provide support to the end-users of the tools. In this role your responsibilities as a Student Worker will consist of:

• Participate & support in process improvement projects:
  • how-to guides
  • creation of processes
  • creation of learning materials including e-learning for our FUSE learning platform
• Documentation of various regulations
• Maintenance and support tasks related to our PLM tool Teamcenter:
  • providing access
  • create/update templates
• Occasionally providing support on DMS (Document Management System) functional issues
• Update and maintenance tasks on SharePoint sites
• Ad hoc tasks matching your interests and competences

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. In addition, you are ready to invest time and motivation in this role as we are looking for someone who is a team player and would like to be part of our team on equal terms.

You have studied for at least two semesters of your Bachelor´s degree or recently started your Master’s degree within Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering, Business Development, Communication, or similar.

• You are quick to understand, progress new tasks, and have an open mind for change.
• You are a confident and expert user of Office tools including PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel etc.
• You have theoretical or practical knowledge about business process mapping tools and standards.
• A knowledge of data management systems would be an advantage.
• You have energy and enthusiasm for efficiency, structure, and attention to detail.
• You are a good communicator and write and speak fluent English.

Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency and a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.

We expect you to work 2-3 days a week, preferably from our office in Brande.
