Then bring your program management expertise to the table and help shape the way we deliver and implement our sustainability program across the LEGO Group.

Core Responsibilities

  • Help drive our sustainability program through strong orchestration of workstreams and thereby crafting coherence across the entire program
  • Work across the sustainability workstreams and ensure efficient ways of working and install clear roles & responsibilities between central Program & Portfolio team and the individual workstreams
  • Identify key interdependencies across workstreams and ensure hand shake and action
  • Design the right level of common program toolbox applied across the workstreams
  • Work closely with PO&D, Finance and Strategy to deliver the optimal support model to the workstreams
  • Drive and program management key initiatives/programs that cuts across the Sustainability program including change orchestration

Environmental Responsibility (ER) is a globally based team responsible for strategic planning and target setting, provide groundbreaking thought leadership and strong program management enabling our high sustainability ambitions and drive impact both inside and outside the LEGO Group.

The team is responsible for ensuring the LEGO Group fulfills the Planet Promise’ – creating positive impact by achieving the highest possible environmental performance through a commercial logic.

  • Proven track record in delivery of complex programs/projects
  • Strong insights in various sustainability domains
  • Excellent engagement skills on all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills e.g. establish story lining and building strong communication material
  • Strong program and change management skills
