Payment Analyst

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring payments around the world are processed on time while ensuring quality of the services rendered to our stakeholders.

You’ll be part of Financial Services Kuala Lumpur where you, together with your colleagues, will support the payment and other payment related support services on a global scale. You’ll join the Accounts Payable team within Financial Services.

You’ll play an important role in:

• running and monitoring the auto payment routines
• resolving, issues associated with cash posting by working with both external and internal parties
• managing banking relationships for specific countries or customer groups within the area of responsibility, and collaboratively with the Treasury team responsible for banking relationships
• maintaining documentation and records related to payment processing activities
• developing an understanding of the technologies involved in the end-to-end process and identifying opportunities for improvement
• providing support during audits and regulatory examinations.

To succeed in the role, you:

• p3ossess in-depth knowledge about payments
• have experience working in a global shared services centre, specifically within accounts payable
• have an analytical and logical approach to issues and problem-solving
• have good communication skills.
