We're now seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to guide us through our next growth phase. Our ideal CFO will bring a deep understanding of the B2B environment, possess the commercial acumen to drive revenue growth, facilitate international expansion, and harness the potential of consolidation trends in the market. With ATLANT 3D poised to capitalize on its unique value proposition in atomic layer processing technology, the CFO will play a crucial role in identifying strategic opportunities for cross-sell/upsell, engaging with investors, and leading fundraising initiatives to propel the company toward its ambitious revenue target.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership

  • Build and develop a highly skilled workforce accustomed to fast-paced, but controlled working practices. Introduce a commercial and professional DNA into the organization while retaining a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Drive a collaborative and outcome-focused culture through the leadership of the finance organization, ensuring close cross-functional engagement.
  • Be decisive and action-oriented – hands-on with the maturity and intelligence to operate effectively across the organizational structure.
  • Lead by example, achieving results through motivated people and effective teams.
  • Act as a principled operator with strong business ethics.

Financial Management

  • Accountable for company P&L with full responsibility and oversight.
  • Lead on financial reporting, accounting, consolidation, and preparation of statutory accounts – scaling the type of accounts required as the business grows.
  • Working with the existing team, instill a focus on financial and operational efficiencies throughout all functions within the organization to deliver improvements and scalability.
  • Ensure a robust, scalable organizational structure is in place to support future growth and ensure future expansion plans are sustainable.

Commercial Strategy & Go-to-Market

  • Work cross-functionally to produce an actionable plan that both builds and future-proofs the business.
  • Work with the senior leadership team to identify how to position the business for new opportunities in new markets.
  • Collaborate on international go-to-market campaigns either directly, via M&A or local channel partners.
  • Originate and manage business development opportunities that are consistent with the company strategy for revenue growth. Take personal responsibility for driving key customer relationships, raising the company profile in core and new markets, and winning large-scale contracts (with day-to-day support from the commercial organization).
  • Work with commercial teams to optimize the entire customer journey. Recognize opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and collaborating with other industry players.

We believe you have a demonstrated experience in the following areas:

  • Investor Relations: Demonstrated success in deal brokering with venture capital-backed businesses. A strong network among investors and a proven ability to engage stakeholders across various markets are essential.
  • Ecosystem Awareness: Comprehensive understanding of the business ecosystem, including key customers, competitors, and partners. Ability to leverage this knowledge to ATLANT 3D's advantage.
  • Revenue Growth Strategies: Ability to devise and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and support international expansion. Experience in developing channels for this purpose is required.
  • Fundraising Excellence: A solid track record in fundraising and engaging investors. Skills in storytelling and presenting financial data compellingly to secure investment are necessary.
  • Strategic Influence: Capacity to contribute to strategic board discussions, including go-to-market strategies and product-market fit. Must be capable of influencing decision-making processes and providing insightful contributions.
  • Market Expansion: Enthusiasm for exploring and capitalizing on new markets. Should be adept at working with cross-functional teams to enhance the company's value proposition and negotiate effectively.
  • Customer Journey Insights: Deep appreciation of the company's value proposition to the end customer, with a focus on optimizing the customer journey.
  • Networking Skills: Proven ability to build and nurture industry relationships into productive partnerships. Must be an effective communicator across all levels of the organization and externally.
  • Operational Scaling: Demonstrated capability in scaling business operations in alignment with strategic growth objectives. Experience in managing organizational change and future-proofing operations is essential.
  • Executive Collaboration: Extensive experience in working closely with the Board, C-suite, and other key stakeholders to drive a high-performance culture within a well-controlled organization. Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate teams are crucial.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in the manufacturing or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, fundraising, and investor relations.
  • Strong background in international business expansion and market analysis.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field; MBA or professional accounting qualification preferred.
