How to contribute to our vision
We are looking for a Team Center and SAP Key User for our Product Structure and Configuration who is a good communicator and has extensive system and process knowledge who likes to share knowledge and help other people.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure stable daily operation according to relevant processes.
• Collect improvements and optimization ideas from end users.
• Support colleagues in their daily work in TC and SAP and be first point of contact for end users.
• Development and testing of new features, UAT and system improvements.
• Attend Key User meetings, discuss & coordinate improvement possibilities and exchange knowledge.
• Support alignment within the platforms and organization
• Participate in the work with ECNs, creation, and maintenance of M and P items.
• Create IT-tickets and follow them until issues are solved.

Furthermore, you:

• Represent the PDM area and have strong sense in decision how the tools and methodologies are handled within SGRE.
• Have a very good understanding of the PLM processes.
• Identify out of the box system solutions to secure standard PLM implementation in SGRE.
• Are responsible for providing solutions and guidance concerning engineering structures.
• Actively contribute to process and system development within the design domain

What you need to make a difference
We are looking for someone who holds a degree in engineering, an administrative field or economics, or relevant work experience in making processes.

To succeed in this role you are/have:

• A great communicator who can be a facilitator for different people with different cultural backgrounds.
• A creative thinker who can find new ways of improving processes and facilitating the information regarding the process to other people.
• English at a high level, both written and spoken
• A clear view of how to simplify things, and a well-structured overview.
• A team player who can share and define your ideas.
• Very good understanding of BoM (Bill of Material) and Product Structure/configuration management.
• Knowledge of different ERP and PLM systems like SAP4Hana & Team Center (TC).
• Knowledge of New Product Development and serial lifecycle processes.
• Working experience in creating and maintaining options & configuration of variants in TC and SAP.
• The ability to understand the Engineering Change Management process within the organization (ECR/ ECN/ ECO)
