Senior Digital Designer - IMPACT

ABOUT THE JOB
We are expanding our design team with a Senior Designer, ready to join us in designing digital product experiences, digital identities as well as crafting design systems in collaboration with our UX Engineers. We are looking for a team-oriented person who aims to deliver high quality. A person who can be ambitious on behalf of our clients - and a person who will join us in pushing the boundaries of innovation within customer experiences.

As a senior digital designer at IMPACT, you will work closely together with a highly skilled team consisting of product strategists, engineers, UX’ers, and business consultants to ensure that business goals, innovative technology, and design experiences are in focus, aiming for a common ambition. Together with the team, you will be creating and developing strategic concepts, visual and interactive experiences.

In the role of senior digital designer, your primary focus will be:

• Be curious and strive to innovate
• Challenge existing solutions
• Be digital to the core
• Translate research, product visions, and concepts into final designs and ensure a strong quality throughout the project.
• Develop interactive prototypes
• Re-think brand identities and create coherent design systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and ensure consistency of brand identities across multiple platforms and channels.
• Be a thought leader and collaborate across IMPACT to push digital creativity standards and industry trends.
• Contribute to a fun and healthy everyday culture at IMPACT.

As part of IMPACT Commerce, you will work in a fun and dynamic environment with some of the leading companies in the Nordics and beyond, such as BoConcept, Montana Furniture, Ganni, GN Hearing, Ejner Hessel, Bog&idé, and many others.

YOUR PROFILE
You have a portfolio that showcases visually strong, well-crafted design solutions, demonstrating your capacity to develop and evolve outstanding experiences across a variety of digital platforms. You take pride in your design craftsmanship and recognize the value of a systematic approach to design deployment.

Furthermore, we expect you have:

• Curiosity to new design trends.
  
• Great people and presentation skills.
• The passion and abilities to be a strong team player.
• Systemized and structured approach.
• Agility and flexibility, when projects need it.
• Demonstrated skills in Figma, prototyping tools like e.g. Protopie and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Documented experiences with developing concepts and design for outstanding product experiences.
• +5 years of experience from a similar agency.
