Quality Assurance Manager for Emerging Technologies QA

The position
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Manager to lead our fantastic QA team in Emerging Technologies QA. The team play a key crucial role in setting direction for quality in the area in close cooperation with their peers in production and QA.

Your key to success lies within your ability to perform as an inspiring, coaching, and motivating manager and, at the same time practice good stakeholder management in a complex and dynamic organisation. To obtain this, you lead and empower your employees and make sure that we have the right resources in the team. You will support your employees in continuously developing the team competencies to reach present and future requirements.

You will be expected to collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure that we move the department in the desired direction. This will involve working together to set goals, develop strategies, and implement initiatives that drive the department forward. Your ability to work effectively with the leadership team will be critical to the success of the department.

We expect you to drive the simplicity agenda together with your team. You will join a LEAN culture where continuous improvement and challenging status quo is a natural part of our everyday work.

Qualifications

• You have a master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or similar
• Solid experience working with GMP in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven leadership and management experience
• Strong understanding of QA principles and practices and a solid quality mindset
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

As a person, you have a can-do attitude and proactively strive for higher levels of performance not being afraid of being challenged by peers and employees. You can differentiate your communication depending on the target group and present your arguments in a professional way.

About the area
Emerging Technologies QA is an area which employ approximately 100 skilled and motivated colleagues. You will be part of a great QA department (QA department for Oral Finished Products in Denmark – ET QA OFP DK) responsible for all products, production facilities and equipment in Denmark. The department consists of around 60 employees divided into five teams and this position is in the C2 Bulk team.

The team consists of 8 highly knowledgeable and skilled people responsible for review and release of Rybelsus bulk tablets produced to the market. Furthermore, the team has the overall compliance responsibility for the clinical production activities, that take place in C2. We have different levels of QA experience, and we all enjoy working together, whilst having fun. We embrace the unknown and are proud to work in a fast-growing and ambitious part of Novo Nordisk.
