Who you are?
You are a service-minded salesperson with a structured way of working and striving for result. Building and maintaining relationship through customer interactions where the majority is digital and minority physical. You are a strong networker and influencer having the ability to create, develop and maintain strong customer relations. You like to optimize or develop current ways of working.

About the job
As an Inside Sales you will be working mainly with products for our customers in Food & Water market. You will be part of a Nordic sales team dedicated to selling heat exchangers, pumps etc.

As an Inside Sales you have a dedicated number of customers whom you should support with heat transfer solutions, pumps etc. to be able to grow and expand our business.

A close cooperation within the sales team as well as other entities in the company is necessary to succeed in the position.

Key Tasks
With your ability to understand the customer and their specific needs, the main tasks in the jobs are:

  • Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Product and services
  • Develop technical and value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up
  • Provide direct support to customer during the quotation process
  • Own and optimize our pricing tool
  • Actively use digital tools (CRM, etc.) to analyze and understand market insight to plan and execute sales plan.

What you know
You probably have experience in business to business sales or some kind of customer support function. Knowledge from the Food & Water industry is highly valued. You master Danish as well as English.
