We are currently on the hunt for a Tender Coordinator to join our excellent and very dynamic Tender team. The Tender team is responsible for managing the process of submitting tenders or proposals for contracts, projects, or services in close cooperation with the wider organization. The position is based at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark, and you must be eligible to work in Denmark.

What you will be doing:
Together with your colleagues in the Tender team you will work closely with the entire K2 Management sales organization to ensure a smooth and efficient tender process. Duties will include:

• Playing a vital role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations by developing, implementing, and maintaining internal sales tools and systems.
• Exploring ways to optimize processes and interactions with internal stakeholders
• Providing support to the sales team by preparing sales proposals and contracts, playing an important role in managing the tender process efficiently and ensuring the timely submission of high-quality proposals.

About you:
There are many ways which could lead to this position; however, we would prefer someone with a technical or a commercial background to ensure optimum understanding of our consultancy business (e.g. Global Business Engineer). You must enjoy working in a diverse team of colleagues and cultures and possess the ability to coordinate and handle several tasks at the same time. You will be expected to demonstrate a pro-active approach and to take ownership of your tasks and assignments; however, you will get access to all the support and guidance you may need. Attention to details as well as excellent communication skills is a prerequisite to successfully fulfil this role. As a person, you are client oriented, always aiming at delivering high quality, optimum support and stretched flexibility. You have a structured and persistent approach to your assignments, while at the same time maintaining a great overview. Furthermore, you have an open-minded and cooperative personality, always keeping in mind what is best for the company. Your diplomatic skills and honesty are requirements in a multi-cultural organization as well as the ability to work cross functionally.
